Renters;

*  You understand that Holiday Online Rentals is not responsible for the accuracy of the advertisement on this website, nor the condition of the property.

*  You agree to conduct your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by property owners or their agents.

*  You understand that, although we run a validation scheme, this validation will be based on the information or documents that the property owners provide us, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the said information or documents.

*  You understand that the contract and agreement is between you and the property owner and not with Holiday Online Rentals.

Property Owners;

*  By registering on our site as a property owner or manager, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by registration process. You will maintain and promptly update your online profile information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

*  You agree that Holiday Online Rentals has the right to suspend or terminate your advertisement and refuse current or future use of services if you provide or Holiday Online Rentals has reasonable ground to suspect that you provide information that is false, inaccurate, not current and incomplete.

*  You agree to pay Holiday Online Rentals 10% commission for every booking you get from our site.

*  You agree to our validation scheme.

*  You will only list content related solely to rental properties that you own or manage and you will keep your available advertisement current, accurate and not misleading or inflammatory.

*  You are entirely responsible and not Holiday online Rentals for all information, data, text, photographs, messages or other materials that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the services.

*  You are responsible for validating the qualifications of the potential renters.

*  You will indemnify, protect, depend and hold Holiday Online Rentals interests, owner, employees and agents and assigns harmless from and against all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses made by any third party due to or arising out of your advertising content.

*  You agree not to use this site to upload, post or otherwise transmit any:

1. Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other propriety rights of any

party;

     2. Content that is harmful, unlawful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, libellous, invasive of another privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, obscene, sexually explicit or indecent

    3. Unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation;

    4. Material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware equipment;

We invite you to bring to our attention any material on our site that you believed to be inaccurate, you can inform us using our info@holidayonlinerentals.com e-mail address.  

Termination  

Holiday Online Rentals reserves the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement.  

Holiday Online Rentals may change, restrict access to, suspend or discontinue this website, or any portion of this website at anytime without notice.  

Advertising Rules  

1. All holiday rentals advertised on our site must be verified when joining and verified every year to protect you, the property owners and to protect our renters.
2. Your advertisement should not contain any contact details such as home address, e-mail address, website address and telephone numbers. You will not include your e-mail address, website address or any contact details when responding to enquiries. You are only allowed to give these information only after accepting the bookings from renters through Holiday Online Rentals. 
3. To encourage your potential renter to book your holiday home in the first instance, we advise for you to provide as much information about your holiday rentals and to make sure your availability calendar is up to date.
4. Property Owners should not direct renters to other web site that advertises holiday rentals.
5. The 10% commission fee is payable to Holiday Online Rentals as soon as you receive the deposit from the renter. The payment is non-refundable should the renter cancel.
6. All your advertising content should be in accordance with our site terms and condition. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or cancel your advert if you don't comply.
7. Please quote your holiday rentals reference number in all replies to your renter and all communication to Holiday Online Rentals.
