How do I search for holiday/vacation homes?
There are so many ways to do your search.
1. By using the Quick Search and Advance Search. You can find these at the left hand side of the Home page and every property lists page.
2. By using our search by ‘Destination’, You can find this straight away on our Index page and also at the Home page. When you click the destination tab, you will be linked to a page showing the world map, from this, just click the country of your destination.
3. By home ref. no., you can find this just below the ‘Quick Search’.this is the quickest way to find your selected vacation home. if you know the ref. no., Just enter this reference number and click search this command will link you straight to your vacation home web page.

How do I use ‘My Short List’
When you view a property, ‘My Short List’ is always available at the left hand side of the page. To add the vacation home that you are viewing on your list, just click the ‘Add to my shortlist’ button and this should be included on your short list. This is the easiest way to go back and view again the vacation homes you have selected previously.

What is my assurance that the property does exist
We ask our owners to provide documents to confirm their ownership of their property. So the vacation homes you see in our website are verified privately owned and in existence.

Can I contact the owner regarding the vacation home before I make a booking?
Yes you can contact the owner. Note that you can find all the details of the property including price and availability on the vacation home web page. If you require more information about your selected vacation home, then you can send your enquiry by using the ‘Require more info’ tab at the bottom of the availability calendar. Your enquiry will be sent to the owner straight away.

How to book a holiday home?
Very easy as you will be booking direct with the Home Owner. The initial booking request form is available at the bottom of every vacation home webpage. Complete this form and click send, your booking request will automatically be sent to the Home Owner by e-mail. The home owner will then accept your booking by sending you his/her contact and booking details.

After I send the booking request form, am I committed?
No, you are not committed. You will only be committed once you signed the home owner's contract and paid your deposit.

What shall I do if I received no reply after I send my booking request form?
We give our owners a 24 hour grace period to respond. After 24 hrs and you have not received a response, we will then contact the owner by e-mail and by phone. If after 48 hrs. you still have not received a response, we advised that you try booking another property.

Do I have to pay Holiday Online Rentals for the service?
No, we do not charge the renters to use our website, this is a free service for all holiday makers who prefer to use a private holiday home for their holiday accommodation.

How to advertise my holiday home?
Before you can advertise your holiday home, you must register first by filling in the registration form and create your Logon name. You can register by going to 'Advertise With Us' page or if you are ready to Register now Click here.
After your registration, you can then log on to the Owner’s Area at any time where you can add or edit your property details for advertising on our website.

How many holiday home I can advertise?
You can advertise as many property as you own. You will have to enter the property details separately to generate a separate Home Reference Number.

Do I have to pay Holiday Online Rentals to advertise?
No, we do not charge you to advertise on our website. We provide you all the facilities to advertise your holiday home FREE!
The objective of our site is to provide the renters all the important information they want to know about your holiday home including rates and availability and for the renters to just send you a booking enquiry.

Do you charge me for any booking I get from your website?
The only fee you have to pay is a 10% commission when you get a booking as a result of booking enquiry we send you.

Do I need to verify my ownership of my Holiday Home?
Yes, we strongly advise for all owners to verify the ownership of their Holiday Homes in order to advertise on our website. This is to protect you as owner, making sure nobody else is trying to advertise your Holiday Home and to protect the renters that book a holiday home through our website.

How can I verify my Holiday Home?
You can verify your holiday home by sending us an official document with your name and address of your holiday home on the document, the document can be one of the following:
• Insurance document
• Your Management Company Statement
• Utility bill
• Tax form
You can verify your villa at the same time or after you submit your property details for advertising on our website. We require for you to re-verify after a year.
Please send copy of your documents to us by;

I forgot my username or password?
Your username is your e-mail address that you have registered to our website.
If you ever forget your password, at the logon screen click on 'Forget your password? This will direct you to a screen where you can enter your e-mail address. We then e-mail you your password.
